The Analysis of Foreign Experience of Innovative Systems Regional
The article discusses the experience of foreign
countries in the formation and development of innovative systems at
the regional level, as well as the possibility of using it in the Russian
economy. Goals and objectives. Development of regional innovation
system is considered as an important task and a mandatory part of the
financial and political activities of federal and regional authorities. The
main reason of establishing a regional innovative system is to unite the
efforts of municipal authorities, scientific and technical organizations,
the education sector and the business section of the economy in the
interests of rapid application of science and technology in order to
implement the strategic directions of the formation of a certain territory
(region) and the reaching the path of innovative lifting by the
economy. Empirical analysis. Analyzes the experience of several
foreign countries in the formation of regional innovation systems,
taking into account the economic characteristics of the countries in
question. Scientific parks, incubators, and other similar structures are
the necessary part of innovation system in the developed countries of
the world. Conclusions. For innovative improvement of regions in
Russia we need to ensure conditions for the development of progressive
technological structure and the attractiveness of innovative space
of regions by forming innovative infrastructure; expansion of staffing
system of innovation; involvement in the economic and civil turnover
of intellectual property and results of intellectual development.
