Тhe Algorithm of Formation of Informational Cluster

Now cluster approach is one of the most effective ways of management of subjects of economy and their associations, allowing to gain synergetic effect. Theoretical part. Information cluster as a form of association of subjects of economy for the purpose of an increment of knowledge possesses distinctive characteristics that results in need of development of algorithm of education and functioning of information cluster taking into account specifics of functioning of this cluster and is more whole than its creation. Existing algorithms of formation of a cluster are focused on traditional forms of a clustering of economic subjects and in case of their application to information clusters, demand a specification taking into account as the general, and private specifics of a cluster. Results of research. Formation of information cluster can be conditionally divided into stages: preparatory (definition of opportunity and an assessment of expediency of formation of information cluster), the main (formation of model of information cluster), finishing (development of the mechanism of creation and cluster functioning). Conclusions. Realization of the offered algorithm will allow to create information cluster with the certain organizational and institutional structure which creation will be comprehensively proved, and functioning will be directed on achievement of the objectives of a cluster and its separate elements, increase of competitiveness of national economy and the region.

Development of Models of Supply Chain Management in Retailing

Introduction. The situation in the retail trade of the Russian Federation is characterized by a number of negative trends: the lack of logistics infrastructure, reduced population activity of the population, active development of multi-format trade. Theoretical analysis. Supply chain of retail trade represent the complex network structure distributed in a large area production, storage and transportation facilities, including a large number of suppliers and retail outlets. The study resulted in a methodological base of logistics and supply chain management was systematic models, methods and concepts of supply chain management taking into account the specifics of flow processes in the retail trade. Results. The proposed algorithm for modeling supply chains in retail takes into account modern methods and concepts of logistics, but also based on the classification of trade flows by the degree of criticality of resources. The algorithm provides the possibility to control the suppliers, product lines and inventory. Systematic model of inventory management in manufacturing based on strategic management tasks. It is advisable to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain modeling in retailing on the basis of indicators OOS and OSA.

The Improvement of Operational Planning Activities of Instrument-making Enterprise on the Basis of the Mathematical Interpretation of its Dynamics

Despite the fact that the methodology of operational
planning of industrial activities is a widely known and proven, there
remains the problem of choosing the optimal length of the planning
period, taking into account the system of factors affecting the activity
of the enterprise. In article the author’s approach to the determination
of the planning period, based on the mathematical interpretation of
the dynamics of production and economic activity of the enterprise.
Theoretical analysis. In control theory (technical devices and systems)
distinguish types of movement: self (movement in the absence
of external influences arising from the internal properties of devices
and systems and perturbations of the initial conditions) and involuntary
(movement caused by external influences). Methods. In article the
objective of the study, mainly native speakers of instrument-making
enterprice based on real data of its work. Discusses two quarters:
4th quarter of 2013 and 1st quarter of 2014. Taken into account that
changes in plans are staggered in the beginning of each month for
the previous results, and the end of the month they and other conditions
of work of instrument-making enterprice does not change. Thus
entered speed feedback in the control of production and thus speed
effects on production are payable only at the beginning of the month
and then does not change until the beginning of the next. Results. In
summary, a correlation between almost produced products and their
sense of their difference –Δx) characterized non-harmonic oscillatory
process irregularity Δx of the work. Experimental graphics Δx
described mathematically, are computer simulations showing close
values of the estimated and actual processes on the uneven production
Δx. Conclusions. Theproposed approach has allowed us to
construct a simple algorithm for predicting the release of products,
as well as a simple control algorithm of instrument-making enterprice
work, allowing to reduce 2–3 times the oscillatory component of the
non-uniformity of the manufactured products
