Institutional Maintenance of Strategic Planning of Territorial Development in Russia	Now interests of realization of a system territorial policy only in small degree are reflected in the current legislation. However, considering that the majority of territorial programs has a strongly pronounced regional orientation, follows more accurately oriented the legislation on the decision of priority, strategic problems of territorial management. The directions of modernization of legal base offered by the author in the field of target programming of territorial development should be considered among obligatory preconditions for creation of the effective mechanism of the state regional policy. The Basic Methods of the Control System of Preparation and Implementation of Strategic Decisions	The basic methods used at the stages of preparation, strategic decisionmaking, forecasting sales (prediction) of strategic decisions and the implementation phase of the strategy are considered. Implementing of a strategy, the following used methods are classified and described: the organizational management of stakeholders, the implementation of the strategy, building teams support, personnel training, prevention of resistance, increase of effectiveness of the system of links, searching the corrective actions, monitoring, strategic management accounts, valuation and performance evaluation of business. Portfolio Analysis Technologies in the Logistics System	Introduction. The modern functioning of logistics systems, which is characterized by high demands for increasing efficiency, saving resources, reducing the costs of product distribution, confirms the relevance of the competitiveness of enterprises through the use of advanced resource management technologies. Theoretical analysis. The article presents a theoretical analysis of the portfolio method of researching technologies that are used in the implementation of logistics operations and functions in an enterprise, and also describes in detail the stages and features of the construction of matrices of portfolio analysis technology. Scientists’ views on the use of portfolio analysis are summarized, and the advantagesof portfolio analysis of technologies in enterprises integrated into logistics systems are revealed. Results. According to the results of the study, problematic issues of constructing portfolio technology matrices were identified, criteria for technological attractiveness and resource endowment were formulated, which allow to develop effective strategies for improving the competitiveness of enterprises when performing logistic operations and functions. The System of Strategic Management of Innovation Development of the Furniture Enterprises	Introduction. Some theoretical studies and best practices proven that the effectiveness of innovative development of industrial enterprises (including furniture) largely depends on how the management of such development is synthesized with the strategic management, it inter- acts with the system. This is due to the fact that in modern conditions first of all innovations must determine the strategic direction of the company. Theoretical analysis. To the present time in a number of studies have shown the mechanism for the integration of innovation and strategic management, describes the innovative strategies of enterprises, their relationship with other strategies described elements of the system of management of innovative development and the associated control mechanism. A Systematic approach to the management of innovative development of the enterprise, which is one of the key involves including the establishment of an integrated management system that includes both strategic and operational circuits, and based on the methodology of management of innovative development. Results. In the study made some contribution to the formation of a comprehensive scientific understanding of the system of management of innovative development of the company the furniture industry.
