Organization Competitiveness as an Institutional Regulation Object	Introduction. The problems of domestic organizations’ effective development and improving their competitiveness at the modern stage of economic development are of particular importance, since it is possible to assume a stable position in the market today only by offering high-tech and low-cost products that meet international quality standards. For this process to be fruitful, effective interaction between different institutions is necessary. As far as the impact of institutional regulation will be in line with current trends in the economy, the mechanisms for ensuring the organizations’ competitiveness will increase or weaken. Theoretical analysis. The article analyzes and summarizes various points of view, available in economics, concerning the definition of “organization competitiveness”. Results. The object of the organization competitiveness’ institutional regulation is defined, the author’s interpretation of the “organization competitiveness’ institutional regulation” concept is given, types of institutional regulation are considered. Theoretical Foundations of Research of Institutional Regulation of the Competitiveness of the Organization	Introduction. In domestic and foreign science, the ideas and concepts of state and market regulation of the competitiveness of the organization have received wide coverage, but the institutional aspect of regulation is still debatable today. In particular, the formulation of the theoretical and methodological base and the conceptual apparatus has not yet been completed. This, of course, complicates the research tasks, but at the same time makes them highly relevant and promising. Theoretical analysis. The article shows the peculiarity of the methodology of the institutional approach in the study of the regulation of the competitiveness of the organization, examines the different points of view available in economic science, the definition of categories “institution”, “institutional regulation”. Results. The concept of “institute” is clarified, author’s interpretation of the concept of “institutional regulation of the competitiveness of the organization” is given, the mechanisms for establishing new institutions is analyzed, an algorithm for the evolution of the influence of institutional changes on the competitiveness of an organization is developed. Institutional Factors of Competitiveness of the Organization: Concept, Classification, Laws of Relationships	Introduction. Improving the competitiveness of organizations in the context of external challenges and economic crisis is one of the pillars of modern economic strategy of the state. The practice of developed countries shows that the determining condition for improving the competitiveness of organizations is an effective interaction between the various institutions. Hence the problem of the relationship between various institutional factors and their impact on the competitiveness of the organizations are very important. Theoretical analysis. The article discusses various approaches to identifying priority institutional factors affecting the competitiveness of organizations. Results. The author’s interpretation of the concept of «institutional factors», the author’s classification of institutional factors, including providing and blocking factors, the regularities of the relationships between them and shows their influence on the competitiveness of organizations.
