Theoretical analysis. Optimization approach in constructing a system for managing business processes of an enterprise should be expanded logistics approach, which would reduce the overall cost of their organization, enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of the company and to ensure the maximum possible gain in time. The author shows that the establishment and operation of those systems require cooperation and coordination of all the system elements with account taken of the influence of operating factors and variable parameters. Results. The result of applying the integrated simulation system built on the principles of logistics is to build an effective system of management capabilities, development and performance of the whole enterprise. The model of the logistics system submitted by the author shows interrelations between its components and subsystems and helps to adapt to changing external conditions with the use of mathematical tools.

Specificity of Reliability Assessment and Management of Logistics Systems

In today’s economic realities special urgency solving improve the reliability of logistics systems(HP) that are based on the principles of logistics, which will be based on good organization and management to choose the optimal control action on the system in order to improve the efficiency, reliability, competitiveness and adaptability.Theoretical analysis.To solve the problems of increasing there liability of logistics systems must use the system-integrated approach that will generate efficient structures by reliability and will have a decisive effect on the final results of the economic system. Introduction. Synchronization in logistics can be considered in two ways: as synchronization due to external coordination influence and as synchronization based on self-organization of processes due to weak information interactions. These types of synchronization should be separated, their peculiarities and mechanisms of origin should be understood. For this purpose, the approaches to studying synchronization in logistics systems are analyzed. Theoretical analysis. An important factor that determines the mechanisms of synchronization is the functional area in which the logistic process takes place. The article describes features of synchronization for three functional areas: production, distribution and supply logistics. These tasks related to management in different functional areas where we systematized some concepts of synchronization methodology, and the type of models used. Empirical analysis. The quality information support to achieve synchronization requires additional material costs. It is possible to formulate the optimization task of ensuring synchronization in the inventory management system. The essence of this task that it is necessary to establish the optimal level of costs for providing synchronization. At the same time, it should be considered that achieving synchronization of flows through their adaptation requires additional costs associated with improving the quality of information services and adaptive management. Results. It is proved that the functional area of logistics is an important factor of synchronization. Based on the analysis of existing synchronization methods in different functional areas, criteria and goals of synchronization we established some relevant methods for each functional area and described models.

Portfolio Analysis Technologies in the Logistics System

Introduction. The modern functioning of logistics systems, which is characterized by high demands for increasing efficiency, saving resources, reducing the costs of product distribution, confirms the relevance of the competitiveness of enterprises through the use of advanced resource management technologies. Theoretical analysis. The article presents a theoretical analysis of the portfolio method of researching technologies that are used in the implementation of logistics operations and functions in an enterprise, and also describes in detail the stages and features of the construction of matrices of portfolio analysis technology. Scientists’ views on the use of portfolio analysis are summarized, and the advantagesof portfolio analysis of technologies in enterprises integrated into logistics systems are revealed. Results. According to the results of the study, problematic issues of constructing portfolio technology matrices were identified, criteria for technological attractiveness and resource endowment were formulated, which allow to develop effective strategies for improving the competitiveness of enterprises when performing logistic operations and functions.

Formation of Cross-functional Logistics Coordination Through the Use of the Principles of System Analysis

Introduction. The main task of cross-functional and interorganizational logistics coordination in the implementation of flow control is to reduce the time required to perform the full logistics cycle. The emergence of the lack of coordination in the implementation of cross-functional and inter-organizational logistics coordination leads to violation of terms of delivery and increase downtime. The reason for this lies in the lack of elaboration of theoretical and practical issues of coordination of actions of participants of logistic processes as at the enterprise level (cross-functional level) and at the level of the supply chain (inter-organizational level). The article presents the guidelines for the implementation of the design and functioning of cross-functional and inter-organizational logistics coordination, based on a differentiated approach to the analysis of the logistics system of the global economy. Empirical analysis. The process of constructing the model coordinate the flow of logistics system of the global economy is based on the delimitation of monitoring processes, goals, objectives, coordination activities on three levels: the macro-level (Macro-HP/country), meso-level (meso-HP/supply chain), the micro-level (Micro-HP/ enterprise).
